• All safety rules will be observed and enforced by a member of staff on site
• There is a late fee charge if you run over 10 minutes of your allocated time. Late charge £10 for every 10 minutes.

• (Party's/Hire) If any toys and or equipment is used please ensure these are tidied away at the end of your session.
• (Party's/Hire) You are responsible for your group's safety.
• (Party's/Hire) The ‘responsible person’ must ensure the gym is left in an acceptable condition.
• (Party's/Hire)Hire is for 90 minutes in length for exclusive use.
• (Party's/Hire) Please ensure the 30 minute coaching add-on has been booked for coach-led activities or structure.

Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking, without this your booking is not safe.

No refunds are available. We can reschedule your slot with at least 48 hours' written notice from booking, provided we can resell your slot. The new booking must occur within one calendar month of the original date.

Consult a healthcare professional if you or your child have any existing medical conditions before attending, as we are not medically qualified to provide suitability advice.

WhiteRose Gymnastics is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury while parking, transferring to the gym, or on the premises. Participation in the gym is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to ask any attendee who does not respect the facilities building, or equipment to leave.

All people in the gym must wear appropriate clothing; entry may be refused without it. All jewellery must be removed before entering the gym. Outdoor shoes must be removed upon entering the gym, and no buggies or prams are allowed in the gym area. They must be left in the Function room.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances that WhiteRose Gymnastics is unable to facilitate your private hire, we will offer you the option to rebook or a refund.
