Members explore balance, body control, coordination, and confidence while introducing gymnastics equipment

Suitable for 2019-2013 (and earlier) year of birth

Teaching acrobatic progressions on Tumble, Trampette, Vault, and Floor. We also run Award Schemes (similar to badges for swimming)

Suitable for 2011-2006 year of birth

You choose! Fun, fitness, skill-driven, or social. Coaches are available to advise and safely support you on equipment if needed

Youth Gym / FreeG lets you independently work to your level

You'll have access to the whole gym and equipment once a Coach leads a 15-minute warm-up/stretch

Suitable for 2005 + year of birth

For 1.5 hours, you work to your level with British Gymnastics qualified coaches to advise and support you on the equipment

Whether you're circus performers; cheerleaders; dancing squads; or just looking to try something new in a fun and safe environment - then get in touch

You'll have access to the whole gym and equipment!
