Competition Opportunities

Recreational (REC) 

These fun, structured sessions are for individuals who may not have any prior experience of gymnastics; or for those members who perhaps do not wish to compete or choose to participate and with a more social focus.

Advanced (ADV)

These sessions are invitation only and run for an increase length of time (1.5 hours for Pre-Mini [>7 years]; and 2 hours for 7+ years). Invited members will trial for 2-weeks within an ADV session. Here they try out many different skills, body flexibility and strength conditioning exercises. The aim in these sessions is to create a love for the sport and learn how to train in gymnastics.

Teams

In these groups gymnasts train a number of times per week with the focus to compete in local, regional and national competitions. These gymnasts are representing WRG locally and nationally and are expected to take the honour and responsibility seriously. Gymansts here are training to win.
